HR Development Intern

EnBW is helping shape the future of energy. We build smart electricity grids, develop CO₂-free energy sources, and promote e-mobility. HR development supports employees and teams in advancing their skills independently. We are a hybrid team, so you can work on site in Karlsruhe and from home. You must plan to spend at least two days a week in the Karlsruhe office.

• Topics around the women's career program, mentoring and operational processes are part of your area of work. You support the team in day-to-day business
• You design workshops on various topics together with the team and actively help run them
• You independently organize appointments and rooms and ensure smooth running for the participants
• As a contact person for queries, you answer emails and ensure transparent communication
• You handle incoming tasks independently and work closely with colleagues from different departments
• Designing promotional materials such as giveaways, flyers and posters in the corporate design rounds off your area of work

• You are an enrolled student and interested in personnel development and mentoring
• Quick comprehension and an independent and reliable way of working distinguish you
• Structured work, process-oriented thinking and a high quality standard are among your strengths
• You have confident command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel) and first experience with Canva
• Openness, friendliness and strong communication skills make it easy for you to connect with people, while you also keep an eye on details
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level) round off your profile
