Apprenticeship as a Technical Systems Planner for Heating, Ventilation and Refrigeration

Apprenticeship with ENGIE in Freiburg im Breisgau starting on 1 September 2027. You will learn to plan heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems and use CAD to create technical drawings and 3D models. Vocational classes take place at Richard-Fehrenbach-Gewerbeschule in Freiburg.

• In your first year, you will learn the basics of building services and how heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems work. You will receive professional CAD training for technical drawings and 3D models and work on real projects with experienced colleagues from the start.
• After learning the basics, you will gradually take on more responsibility and work with experts on building services projects. You will learn to turn customer requirements into technical plans and see those plans put into practice on site.
• As you gain experience, you will handle many tasks independently, create technical drawings for heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems, and support construction projects by providing the basis for later assembly and installation.

• At least an intermediate school-leaving certificate, such as Mittlere Reife, MSA or FOR, or a higher qualification
