Field Sales Representative

E.ON Home Deutschland GmbH in Heidelberg has been part of E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH since 2023 and is one of the pioneers in selling and installing photovoltaic systems for private customers. They are looking for a field sales representative (m/f/d) to help drive the future of renewable energy. Areas: Greater Saarbrücken, Greater Trier or Greater Upper Franconia. Full-time, permanent, remote/home office.

• Advising private home builders on photovoltaic systems, battery storage and wallboxes
• Winning new customers through information and trade events, trade fairs, referrals and your own networks and channels
• Handling qualified leads and guiding prospects professionally from first contact to contract signing
• Organizing your working hours flexibly and independently, whether during the day, evenings or Saturdays
• Regularly updating the Head of Sales on successes, agreements and developments in your sales territory as part of the remote sales team

• Sales experience, for example as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager or in field sales, ideally in a B2C environment
• Completed commercial training or university degree
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a goal-oriented way of working
• Independent and structured way of working, plus interest in technical topics, especially photovoltaics
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel within the sales territory
