Apprenticeship as Optician for 2027

At Fielmann, we are more than colleagues – we are a team. Our cohesion makes us strong. Through new impulses we develop further. With your commitment we grow – sometimes faster, sometimes with deliberation. Together we find the right pace and set the standards of tomorrow.

Step by step you will learn to manufacture glasses: From grinding the lenses to handing them over to customers, you ensure that every detail fits. With your support you help people achieve a better quality of life. You will learn to advise customers personally, professionally and fashionably. Your sense of style makes the difference. Organizational tasks are also part of your apprenticeship: preparing orders, recording customer data and incoming goods, checking prescriptions and assessing damage to glasses.

You enjoy working with people, you are reliable and a team player. With your technical understanding you carry out manual tasks with joy and precision. The basis is your secondary school diploma, rounded off by your interest in math and physics. Your German skills are so good that you can express yourself confidently in writing and orally. Whether to vocational school, to the training centers or later to new stages of your path – you remain flexible and open to everything that moves you forward.
