Apprenticeship as Hearing Aid Acoustician for 2027

At Fielmann we are more than colleagues – we are a team. Our cohesion makes us strong. Through new impulses we develop further. With your commitment we grow – sometimes faster, sometimes with deliberation. Together we find the right pace and set the standards of tomorrow.

You learn the manual skills to individually adjust hearing systems and document the results carefully. With your support you help people achieve a better quality of life. You learn to advise customers personally and explain the technology of modern hearing systems in an understandable and accessible way. Organizational tasks are also part of your apprenticeship: preparing orders, recording customer and goods receipt data, checking prescriptions and taking on repair orders. You deepen your theoretical knowledge in block lessons in Lübeck – and we ensure your accommodation on site is secured.

You enjoy dealing with people, you are reliable and a team player. With your technical understanding you carry out manual tasks with joy and precision. The basis is your intermediate school diploma (Realschulabschluss), rounded off by your interest in math, physics and biology. Your German skills are so good that you can express yourself confidently in writing and orally. Whether to vocational school, to training centers or later to new stages of your path – you remain flexible and open to everything that moves you forward.

Apprenticeship at the highest level: excellent quality, a future-proof work environment and family-like teams. 13th salary, bonus payments, Germany ticket, apprenticeship remuneration (1st year: 900 €, 2nd year: 1,000 €, 3rd year: 1,100 €).
