Receptionist

As the first point of contact at the Düsseldorf site, you welcome and look after national and international clients and guests, and you are part of the onboarding team.

• You welcome and look after national and international clients and guests professionally and warmly and are part of our onboarding team.
• You organize meeting rooms, coordinate appointments and meetings, and work with external service providers so daily operations run smoothly.
• You keep track of incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments, handle ordering for the site and ensure smooth processing.
• You take an active part in events from planning to execution and look after maintenance, cleanliness and the professional image of the site.
• In the switchboard you keep an overview, handle key management and are the reliable contact on site Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 13:00.

• Completed vocational training, ideally in hospitality, office or event management
• Some work experience in reception, assistant or office roles is desirable
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ideally with DATEV knowledge
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Organizational talent, independent and structured way of working, and a friendly, confident manner with strong service orientation and flexibility
