Our site in St. Wendel plays an important role with more than 1,800 employees and is one of Fresenius Medical Care's largest production sites in Germany. Here, high-quality products for hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) are manufactured. The site combines state-of-the-art technologies in medical device manufacturing with comprehensive research and development. St. Wendel specializes in the production of dialysis membranes and filters, solutions, as well as extrusion and injection molding. • Planning, tendering, and project management for construction projects (new buildings and conversions) within the St. Wendel plant
• Conception and organization of renovation measures on existing buildings
• Technical assessment of necessary structural changes to buildings and building elements
• Organization of building maintenance measures

• Completed degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering
• Several years of professional experience in construction and project management
• Skills and knowledge in construction planning
• Knowledge and experience in structural fire protection
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in dealing with customers
