Our site in St. Wendel, with more than 1,800 employees, plays an important role and is one of Fresenius Medical Care's largest production sites in Germany. Here, high-quality products for hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD) are manufactured. The site combines state-of-the-art technologies in medical device manufacturing with comprehensive research and development. St. Wendel specializes in the production of dialysis membranes and filters, solutions, as well as extrusion and injection molding. • Support of site operations on process engineering issues and tasks (e.g., assistance with troubleshooting and root cause analysis on production plants for sterilization, rectification, ultrapure media generation)
• Development and optimization of our plant technology and processes
• Planning, design, and commissioning of changes and optimizations on production plants
• Consideration of economic, environmental, regulatory, and energy aspects in project planning
• Creation of all required documentation and validations

• Completed degree in process engineering
• Several years of professional experience desired
• Technical training desired
• Knowledge of GMP for validation or qualification of plants desired
• Good analytical skills
• Team player, persuasiveness, resilience
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
