What You'll Learn
- Technical support of production
- Independent systematic fault finding, troubleshooting and replacement or repair of defective components
- Ensuring smooth operational processes
- Repair and troubleshooting of production systems
- Cyclic preparation and execution of required maintenance and servicing measures with functional tests on production systems
- Maintenance management
- Contractor management - coordinator function (management of contractors)
- Consideration of normative requirements
- Processing cross-departmental requirements and tasks (ticket system, ServiceCall)
- Compliance with safety standards (occupational safety, product safety, explosion protection, etc.)
Requirements
- Completed training as Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician or a comparable qualification
- High technical affinity and understanding of complex technical relationships
- Sound knowledge in electrical engineering, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Quick comprehension and ability to quickly familiarize with new tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independent and self-responsible way of working, combined with high self-initiative
- Teamwork and good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Experience in contractor management, particularly in coordination and collaboration with external service providers
- Willingness to work shifts
