- A strong start: Your entry with us will be easy – with get-to-know days, "Azubi Connect" even before the apprenticeship starts, an onboarding week and getting to know our main site Göttingen and the management.
- Guidance by experienced pros: In our various warehouses and logistics centers qualified contact persons are at your side, supporting you throughout your apprenticeship and helping with all questions.
- Varied insights: You regularly get to know new areas and gain insights into different warehouse and logistics centers – building step by step a broad understanding of our logistics processes.
- Variety instead of boredom: You work on exciting projects. Extras like driving safety training or first aid courses are also included.
- Your development counts: Learning support and regular feedback we support you in a targeted way. With good performance you have very good takeover chances and opportunities for further qualification.
- You are the focus: Fixed contact persons in the apprenticeship and regular feedback talks ensure you feel well supported.

- Industrial trucks: You learn to operate equipment like forklifts safely.
- Understanding logistics processes: You learn how to plan, organize and optimize goods flows.
- Use of work equipment: You organize and monitor the use of tools, devices and funding.
- Keeping an eye on stocks: You regularly check warehouse stocks and ensure timely reordering.

Requirements
- At least a good secondary school diploma
- Enjoyment of contact – you work closely in a team and with various partners
- Organizational talent – you keep an overview even when many shipments are on the move simultaneously
- Reliability – punctuality and accuracy are our top priority
- Flexibility and resilience – no day is like another, and sometimes it gets turbulent
- Motivation and initiative – you pitch in and really want to move things
- Enjoyment of physical work – you like being in motion all day
- No problem with warm and cold temperatures – in the warehouse it can be cool or warm depending on the area
