Apprenticeship as Machine and Plant Operator

Training focuses: acquire basic knowledge in metal and plastics; learn operational and technical communication as well as allocation and handling of materials, consumables, and auxiliaries; learn planning and preparation of work processes; learn setup and operation of production equipment; inspect work results and perform quality assurance; acquire knowledge of raw materials used and their refinement into finished products; understand importance of occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection. Training schedule: training in production and production-related technical departments; basic training in Oelde; vocational school in Münster; apprentice exchange within German group companies; exam preparation.
