Employee for the Service Department in Customer Service, Grevenbroich

To strengthen our team at the Grevenbroich location, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the service department in customer service at the earliest possible date.

• Recording, processing and forwarding of incoming customer service requests to our industry partners
• Follow-up and processing of customer service reminders
• Processing of incoming customer service invoices from our industry partners and forwarding to our customers
• Processing of incoming cost invoices from our customers with forwarding to industry partners
• Monitoring and follow-up of open cost invoices
• daily communication with our customers and our industry partners

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• First experience in complaint management or customer service an advantage
• Basic knowledge in sanitary and building technology desirable
• Strong communication skills and confident, friendly telephone manner
• Negotiating skills, patience and assertiveness
• Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
• High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
• Team spirit and good organizational skills
