Inside Sales Representative for Heating and Renewable Energies

An inside sales representative is being sought at the Potsdam site for heating and renewable energies. Previous experience in building services technology is preferred.

• Acting as a contact person for customers and field sales staff
• Handling telephone customer contact and strengthening customer relationships through solution-oriented support, including in B2B
• Preparing quotations and offering solutions to customer inquiries
• Working closely with field sales and technical departments

• Commercial or technical vocational training
• Experience in heating or renewable energies
• Understanding of the daily work of specialist trade customers
• Good communication skills, a friendly telephone manner, and organizational ability
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for sales
