• Reliable contact person from the advisory conversation through to order processing and follow-up
• Strengthening customer relationships through sound technical knowledge in sanitary, heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology

• A completed skilled-trade SHK apprenticeship (plumbing, heating, air conditioning) or a commercial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in the industry and a deep understanding of everyday work in the skilled trades
• Sound technical knowledge in heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology
• Genuine passion for sales, a confident, friendly manner on the phone, as well as team spirit and organisational talent
