Technical Inside Sales Representative for Heating Technology in the HVAC Sector

A technical inside sales representative is wanted for heating technology in the HVAC sector at the Regenstauf location. The role includes technical consulting, customer support, order processing and cooperation with the field sales team.

• Providing expert advice in heating
• Supporting customers from technical planning and consulting through order processing and follow-up
• Strengthening customer relationships through sound technical expertise and solution-oriented advice
• Telephone contact with customers and manufacturers
• Supporting purchasing and sales
• Preparing suitable quotations and calculations and supporting the sales process
• Close cooperation with field sales

• Completed vocational training in a trade or technical profession, or qualification as a master craftsperson or technician
• Confident and personable telephone manner and enjoyment of sales
• Career changers are welcome, for example technician master craftspersons, skilled workers or trained systems mechanics
