What You'll Learn
- Lead and develop the team through clear goals, regular feedback, and individual support.
- Control daily operations and sales activities in the area of responsibility.
- Identify customer potential and implement appropriate sales measures.
- Resolve demanding customer concerns and complaints professionally and customer-oriented.
- Coordinate cooperation with field service and internal departments.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
- Sales orientation and a friendly, committed demeanor.
- A structured, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and team spirit.
- Experience with CRM systems or knowledge in the field of HVAC/climate.
