Apprenticeship as a Professional Driver 2027

Geis Gruppe is an owner-managed logistics company with more than 10,000 employees and over 200 locations in Europe. The apprenticeship teaches you how goods are transported safely and reliably.

You learn to drive a truck safely and sustainably. After planning routes, you help load and unload goods, secure the cargo and prepare the truck for transport. You also maintain regular contact with customers.

You can start the apprenticeship from the age of 16. You are physically capable, enjoy travelling, work independently and responsibly, have technical understanding and practical skills, and communicate well while maintaining polite manners.

New apprentices take part in apprentice days in Oberhof and other apprentice events. The company covers the costs of truck and car driving licences. Other benefits include a secure job, dedicated contacts, holiday and Christmas bonuses, Corporate Benefits, excellent prospects of being retained, and training and development opportunities specifically for apprentices.
