Organising commercial processes; handling general correspondence, payments and reminders; checking incoming invoices and preparing customer and carrier invoices; taking responsibility and contributing ideas in apprentice projects.

Organisational skills; enjoyment of working in a team; confidence with numbers; comfortable dealing with customers; computer skills.
