Commercial apprenticeship in parcel logistics with assignments in departments such as customer service, dispatch and parcel process control. The programme combines office work, digital applications and hands-on work at the parcel centre.

Rotating through different parcel logistics departments, supporting coordination in the sorting hall and handling exceptional parcel-flow cases, processing customer enquiries and orders, assisting dispatch, planning workflows, managing documents, coordinating appointments, preparing presentations, analysing data and contributing to trainee projects.

A good lower or intermediate secondary school certificate, or a desire to make a fresh start after deciding that university is not right for you, organisational skills, helpfulness, enjoyment of hands-on work, communication skills, openness, curiosity, motivation and a willingness to take responsibility.
