Ward Manager for Our Maternity Ward

GPR Klinikum in Rüsselsheim is seeking a ward manager for a maternity ward. The role includes organising ward operations, leading and developing staff, and ensuring and further improving the quality of care.

Planning duty rosters, including staffing and absence planning. Staff development and assessment. Goal-oriented and employee-focused leadership. Helping shape the qualitative and conceptual development of nursing care. Responsibility for maintaining care quality and for related measures and documentation. Participation in changes within GPR, including PPBV, PpUGV and process optimisation.

Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse. Ability to work in a team and strong organisational skills. Analytical and conceptual thinking. Completed management training or willingness to complete it.
