Apprenticeship as an Office Management Clerk, 2027 - Accounting

During the three-year apprenticeship, you will support the company's finance and accounting operations, learn core bookkeeping processes and develop a strong understanding of figures, processes and modern accounting structures. The dual program includes part-time classes at Handelslehranstalt Bruchsal.

Active participation in day-to-day bookkeeping, including invoice checking, account coding and posting documents; Supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closings; Maintaining and reconciling accounts and monitoring incoming and outgoing payments; Working with modern accounting systems; Gaining insight into general commercial and administrative operations; Learning about and working in other commercial departments.

Completed intermediate secondary education, BK1 or BK2; Very good spoken and written German; Interest in figures, accounting and business relationships; Confident use of standard Office applications; Responsible and independent way of working; Team spirit and enjoyment of communication.
