Apprenticeship as a Confectionery Technologist

Your start to working life could not be tastier. At Griesson - de Beukelaer, we produce cookies, snacks, and crispbread that you probably know from brands such as Griesson, DeBeukelaer, Prinzen Rolle, and LEICHT&CROSS. Delicious cookies have a long tradition with us, as does successful training. You will learn the key skills and knowledge and work with us on exciting projects across our plants. At three locations in Germany, we produce well-known branded products such as Prinzen Rolle, Griesson Soft Cake, LEICHT&CROSS, and Cereola, as well as many other cookies and snacks, including private-label products.

• Industrial production of confectionery such as cookies, waffles, and nougat
• Operating modern production systems as part of your team
• Checking and processing raw materials
• Preparing doughs and mixtures according to specified recipes
• Regularly checking product quality, including appearance and taste
• Setting up and cleaning machines

• Good intermediate secondary school certificate or Abitur
• Good mathematical and scientific knowledge
• Technical interest and an understanding of technical connections
• Enjoyment of working as part of a team
• Enjoyment of helping produce our delicious products
