Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade

Your training takes place at our main location in Hamburg. You will rotate through all commercially relevant departments and gain a comprehensive insight into our company. In sales and calculation, you will learn our product ranges from the areas of sanitary, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and installation and advise our customers on innovative products and solutions. You calculate offers, record orders and look after our customers by phone and in person. You also take on responsibility in exciting projects and actively support daily business – for example in purchasing, warehouse, sales or accounting. You also work in the ABEX (pick-up express for specialist craftsmen) and in the warehouse and can actively help out thanks to your forklift license. With modern digital tools and regular internal training, your apprenticeship always stays up to date. You communicate clearly and friendly – in customer conversations, on the phone and in the team. You enjoy dealing with people and have an interest in commercial processes and technical products. You work reliably, take responsibility and are open to feedback. You have a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), a university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or a successful intermediate school leaving certificate (MSA). Handling digital tools and apps comes easily to you and you are keen to constantly learn new things. Technical understanding and interest in innovative products and current standards of building technology are an advantage. You are looking for a practical apprenticeship with good development opportunities and a long-term perspective.

At the start of your apprenticeship, you will receive a comprehensive induction program and will be individually supervised by our training officers. From day one, you are a fixed part of our team and receive personal support for all technical and practical questions. You keep your training record digitally. For exam preparation, the learning app "Prozubi" is available to you. We cover the costs for exam preparation courses and class trips. During your apprenticeship, you will obtain your forklift license with us and can thereby actively work in the warehouse and in the ABEX (pick-up express for specialist craftsmen).
