Support of strategic partners in the territory. Implementation of strong, long-term customer retention concepts. Strengthening customer relationships through sound technical expertise and solution-oriented, friendly appearance. Participation in trade fairs or other events. First point of contact when things don't run smoothly. Constructive interaction with our field sales team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

A commercial or technical vocational qualification. High intrinsic motivation – 'proactive' is not just a phrase for you. Communication is your element. Passion for sales. Structured and organised work even in stressful situations. Quick comprehension and technical interest. Ability to work in a team, but also independently. Experience in air conditioning and ventilation would be an advantage.
