What You'll Learn
- Contact person from technical design and consulting to order processing and support for our ranges heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical and/or photovoltaics
- Strengthening customer relationships through sound technical expertise and solution-oriented, friendly appearance
- Inspire customers with the right offers and convince them to buy
- Constructive interaction with our field sales team
Requirements
- Technical knowledge and very good comprehension for products and systems from our product ranges
- Commercial-technical training, master or technician degree in SHK, training as technical draftsperson
- Genuine passion for sales
- Deep understanding of daily work in skilled trades
- Confident user skills in common MS Office programs
- Confident, sympathetic telephone manner
- Team spirit, organizational talent and a high level of personal commitment
