Starting at the earliest possible date we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) in internal sales for our head office in 48249 Dülmen.

• Contact person from quotation to order processing and support.
• Telephone sales and support for our specialist trade customers.
• Follow-up of quotations and orders as well as customer-oriented service.
• Strengthening customer relationships through sound expertise and solution-oriented, friendly appearance.
• Inspire customers with the right offers and convince them to buy.
• Constructive cooperation with our field sales team.

• Knowledge of the plumbing, heating and air conditioning construction industry and experience in selling products requiring explanation.
• Commercial or technical training in wholesale or retail, preferably with prior experience in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning trade.
• Genuine passion for sales.
• Deep understanding of the daily work in the skilled trades.
• Confident user skills in common MS Office programs.
• A confident, sympathetic telephone manner.
• Team spirit, reliability and a high level of personal commitment.
