Your responsibilities: Selling our diverse product range (Kneipp health and care products), customer advice and support, brand-appropriate product presentation, implementation of sales-promoting measures, personnel management, processing orders, merchandise disposition, and cash reconciliation.

Completed training in retail and/or sales experience, proof of expertise for over-the-counter medicines or willingness to acquire it, interest and enjoyment in selling health products, care products, and natural cosmetics, positive charisma, well-groomed and open demeanor, leadership skills, strong service and customer orientation, pronounced sales talent, willingness to take responsibility, act solution-oriented, and make independent decisions, willingness to learn and change, time flexibility, commitment, and willingness to work early and late shifts and on weekends.
