What You'll Learn
- Loading and setting up fully automated production lines with material
- Carrying out quality and in-process controls
- Carrying out troubleshooting measures
- Reading product drawings and documenting work steps performed
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work
- Participation in machine optimization
- Support in LEAN transformation and participation in continuous improvement management
- Participation in general operational projects
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training as mechanic, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, plant operator or comparable qualification
- Shift suitability and willingness to work shifts (early, late, night shift)
- Knowledge of common IT programs (Microsoft Office, SAP)
- High degree of independence and flexibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Mechanical skills and technical process understanding
- Good German language skills written and spoken
