• Understand pathophysiology — learn how functional disorders of the body and diseases arise, are diagnosed and treated
• Promote mobility — maintain, restore and improve the mobility of patients
• Physiotherapeutic assessment — learn assessment and examination techniques as well as physiotherapeutic treatment and massage techniques
• Apply therapy forms — introduction to electro- and thermotherapy, water treatment, sports therapy as well as ergonomic and occupational medicine measures
• Administrative tasks — handle registration formalities and organizational processes
• Documentation — careful documentation of examination results

• At least secondary school diploma, preferably high school diploma or vocational diploma
