International Direct Load Transport Dispatcher

At Hellmann, you organise mainly international transport using dedicated charter vehicles. You support customers from quotations through order processing and work with drivers, warehouse staff and carriers.

• Independently dispatch dedicated charter vehicles for mainly international transport
• Communicate daily with our drivers and warehouse staff
• Act as the contact for our customers from quotation preparation through order processing
• Use freight exchanges and source carriers for long term cooperation
• Handle general dispatch tasks and prepare information for billing

• Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d), or comparable training in industry, wholesale or shipping
• Several years of professional experience dispatching dedicated charter vehicles
• Organisational skills, geographical knowledge and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and deal confidently with customers and partner companies
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Good English skills
