Maintenance Technician – Building Services & Operating Technology

Maintenance and support of building services and operating technology at the Nuremberg site of Hellmann, a global logistics company with around 10,000 employees at more than 200 locations.

• Supporting and monitoring building services (TGA)
• Ensuring operational readiness of technical systems and equipment on site (forklifts, conveyor technology, wrapping machines)
• Carrying out and documenting rack inspections
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring maintenance and keeping to maintenance intervals
• Managing and coordinating external service providers for maintenance and repair work
• Supporting the selection, introduction and support of new suppliers and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with 5S standards and supporting occupational safety measures
• Supporting and monitoring the fire alarm system

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as mechatronics technician, electronics technician, industrial mechanic, plant mechanic or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in maintenance, building services or operating technology is an advantage
• Broad technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn different technical systems
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility regarding occupational safety and equipment availability
• Willingness to take part in on-call duty and shift work (early and late shift)
