About this Apprenticeship
Hellmann is seeking an inbound customer service administrator in Polch. The role involves notifying customers about shipments, communicating with drivers and shipping partners, and processing unloading reports, shipment discrepancies and returns.
What You'll Learn
- Notify customers about shipments by phone and email
- Contact drivers, transport companies and recipients
- Communicate with shipping partner companies through various portals
- Process unloading reports
- Check and handle shortages and surplus items
- Check premium services
- Receive drivers and check premium services and paperwork
- Support drivers with scanners
- Process returns and AV cases
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in freight forwarding and logistics services or comparable vocational training
- Confident use of standard MS Office programs
- Ability to work in a team and a strong sense of responsibility
- A structured approach to work, with strong resilience and flexibility
- Very good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of English
