About this Apprenticeship
As an employee in customer service, you are the link between customers, sales and operational handling in land transport. You strengthen customer loyalty by taking transport orders, being available for questions and offering tailored solutions.
What You'll Learn
- Customer support in land transport
- Coordination with the specialist sales staff
- Proactive monitoring and reporting of shipments
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries and complaints
- Processing national and international freight shipments
- Communication with customers and partners about shipment events
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, ideally with first work experience
- Structured way of working, organizational talent and resilience
- Confident and reliable communication with customers and partners
- Experience with MS Office and ideally user knowledge of common freight forwarding software
- Very good German and good English, spoken and written
