Working Student in Operations & Supply Chain Management

You support the European Operations Director with daily operations and strategic topics at an international logistics company. As a personal assistant, you also take on smaller projects in process management and supply chain management. The position can be based at the headquarters in Osnabrück or carried out remotely anywhere in Germany.

• Support the European Operations Director with daily operational and organizational work
• Prepare meetings, presentations, reports and documents for decisions
• Coordinate and follow up on appointments, tasks and actions
• Support cooperation and communication with different European locations and departments
• Independently handle smaller projects in process management and supply chain
• Analyze existing processes and key figures and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help develop and implement process improvements and operational measures
• Create analyses, process documentation and presentations

• Currently studying, ideally Business and Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a similar subject
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable approach to work
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with data and processes
• Initiative and the ability to move tasks forward independently
• A confident and professional manner when dealing with different contacts
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in logistics, operations and international business processes
• Initial practical experience in logistics, supply chain, project management or process management is an advantage
