- Analyze current cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and technological developments, and translate them into practical, hands-on training content
- Plan and deliver global training initiatives, particularly for technical target groups such as Application Managers
- Build and continuously enhance a scalable global train-the-trainer framework
- Closely collaborate with subject matter experts across all relevant security domains (e.g., cloud, OT, identity, incident response)

- Continuously optimize training content in line with the evolving threat landscape
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification
- At least 4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a related IT environment, along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing, delivering, and further developing training formats—ideally in an international corporate environment
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) are an advantage
- Strong technical understanding of IT and security architectures
- Proven ability to translate technical and security-related content into audience-appropriate formats—from non-technical stakeholders to technical experts
- Business-fluent English skills; German language skills are a plus
