Apprenticeship Coach IT

Our IT apprenticeship is practice-oriented, future-oriented and closely linked with the specialist departments. In cooperation with vocational schools and universities, we teach solid basics and current technologies to prepare apprentices and dual students specifically for deployment in modern IT environments. Focus areas are network and system technology, client/server infrastructures, virtualization and cloud, automation/scripting as well as IT security basics. Our experienced trainer team supports the young talents individually in their development and serves as a reliable contact partner on their professional path. For our training team we are looking for a committed apprenticeship coach with a focus on IT who supports the successful transition from theory to practice. You will accompany apprentices and dual students in their professional and personal development and promote their integration into professional practice.

• Planning, control, further development and implementation of the company's IT apprenticeship (IT specialist system integration/application development and dual study programs) within the HENSOLDT Campus Fürstenfeldbruck
• Intensive cooperation and collaboration with IT specialist departments as well as the institutions and partners involved in the apprenticeship (vocational school, university, IHK)
• Teaching of theoretical and practical apprenticeship content according to the apprenticeship framework plan as well as preparation for final examinations (e.g. IHK project, documentation, presentation)
• Development, organization and support of learning and personnel development processes (feedback, learning objective checks, coaching as well as deployment planning in the specialist departments)
• Teaching of professional, methodological and social skills, e.g. structured troubleshooting, documentation, service orientation, teamwork
• Selecting educational content and designing and delivering it according to innovative methodological and didactic aspects (e.g. project-based learning, modern tools, M365/Azure labs)
• Initiating, controlling and implementing recruitment and marketing measures in cooperation with the stakeholders involved (e.g. events, school/university cooperations, talent acquisition)

• Completed vocational training in the IT environment (e.g. IT specialist), further qualification (technician/master) or degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT systems/operations, ideally in system integration, network or IT security
• Experience and interest in working with adolescents and young adults, strong team orientation
• Sound technical knowledge in network technology, Windows/Linux, client/server, virtualization/cloud and IT security basics
• Very good organizational and structuring skills
• High social competence as well as vocational and work pedagogical skills (AEVO) or willingness to qualify
• Very independent, conceptual, flexible and proactive working style
• Very good German and good English skills
