For the Learning Space division, we are looking for a dual student for the IT Security degree program in cooperation with the DHBW at the Immenstaad site starting on 01.09.2027.

The study portion at the Dual University in Friedrichshafen provides you with the theoretical foundations for the practical phases in the company, where you gain direct insight into the field of work of a computer engineering engineer. Theory and practice phases alternate regularly. In the IT Security focus, unlike classic computer science degree programs, programming does not play a major role. Instead, particular emphasis is placed on legal aspects. Students deal with current attack scenarios, in addition to the pure technical knowledge in core areas of computer science such as programming, digital technology, databases and fundamentals of software engineering, and can apply IT security techniques in the design of systems, networks, clouds and data. In practice, you take on project tasks up to the bachelor thesis as part of the team, depending on the progress of your studies. You are thus active in a responsible environment of the company and gain insights into project work, work processes and the handling of engineering tasks.
