Master's Thesis on Manufacturing Concepts in Product Management

For the program area "Ground Based Survivability Systems" we are looking for a master's student in product management / project management (f/m/d) at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible. The area is responsible for handling national and international customer projects and internal development projects for land vehicles.

• Developing production concepts and manufacturability analyses taking strategic requirements and project goals into account
• Analysing supply chains
• Creating outsourcing analyses
• Developing process optimisation measures
• Comparing different production concepts and processes considering quantity and capacity planning
• Supporting project managers and/or product managers
• Helping with project control and reporting
• Ensuring the project achieves its goals, especially in cost, time and performance/quality

• Student in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or comparable, or completed technical training, or student of business administration or comparable
• First practical experience in the manufacturing industry
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work with MS Project and/or SAP
• Very good communication skills
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel to various production sites
