Working Student - PMO

Working student in Project Management Office Simulation in the "Simulation Program" department at the Immenstaad site, starting as soon as possible. The program department is responsible for the development, delivery and operation of simulation and reference systems, among other things.

• Support in national and international complex projects within the "Simulation Solutions" area in terms of time, scope, cost and quality as well as customer satisfaction
• Support in creating robust and efficient project planning including task distribution for the project team (applying Integrated Project Monitoring and Control methods) in compliance with Hensoldt internal processes
• Working as part of interdisciplinary project teams and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Assisting with stakeholder management with internal and external partners and customers
• Assisting with implementing and supporting product strategies from our product management and creating product one-pagers
• Helping with the creation of offers
• Preparing and delivering presentations for management and customers

• Ongoing studies in industrial engineering, technical management or similar
• Entrepreneurial (proactive) thinking and acting
• Good technical understanding; HW/SW; background in RADAR is an advantage
• First experience in project management, certification e.g. PMP® is an advantage
• Independent, systematic and structured way of working as well as good organizational and communication skills
• Strong skills in leading and motivating teams
• Team spirit, communication skills and leadership competence, as well as the ability to cooperate across cultures
• Very good German and English skills
