Whether cream, butter, yogurt, curd cheese, or cheese – as a dairy technologist (m/w/d) you produce high-quality food products from milk. In this apprenticeship, you control raw materials, operate equipment and production machines, conduct hygiene checks, and manage and monitor process flows.
