You will earn three IHK qualifications: Retail Merchant (gn), Trainer Aptitude (AdA) and Certified Trade Specialist (gn). Fixed: You enter in the 2nd year of apprenticeship and complete a shortened apprenticeship as Retail Merchant (gn). With good performance we guarantee you a permanent employment contract with attractive tariff pay and a seamless transition to the one-year further training to become a Certified Trade Specialist IHK (gn). Advise, inspire, sell! During your apprenticeship you will learn to interpret the question marks in our customers' eyes and help them implement their projects. The DIY store is the king of retail! Long, wide, large, short, narrow, small – with us neither the goods nor our training and further education are standard. You will learn how retail works, from A for order confirmation to Z for payment terms.

Salary - logical! You start with €1,160; next year: €1,290 and upon takeover you will be paid according to the tariff of the respective federal state. More – clear!
