Payroll Specialist / Payroll Accounting

Payroll Specialist / Entgeltabrechnung (m/f/d) in Wesel. Permanent contract, starting as soon as possible, full-time or part-time.

Independent execution of monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees across several group companies; Maintenance of personnel master data and creation of personnel-relevant documents, e.g. employment contracts, references and certificates; Processing of registration and certification matters and correspondence with authorities and social security institutions; Advising employees and managers on payroll-related issues; Contact person for social security and wage tax audits; Participation in monthly and annual closing activities and preparation of evaluations and statistics

Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in HR (e.g. certified HR specialist); Several years of experience in payroll accounting and sound knowledge of labor, social security and wage tax law; Ideally knowledge of construction industry collective agreements or experience with billing according to construction industry tariffs; Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of PAISY and/or ATOSS is an advantage; Service-oriented demeanor, discretion and trustworthy handling of sensitive data
