About this Apprenticeship
6-month internship at HUGO BOSS in Metzingen starting April 2027. You dive into project, program and change management and help with the transformation of the digital core systems.
What You'll Learn
- Supporting program management in coordinating several projects and global roll-out teams
- Helping to create presentations for the Executive Board and top management of HUGO BOSS AG
- Support in change management, marketing & communication and in organizing events
- Contributing to analyses and reports (e.g. in Excel, Azure DevOps)
- Taking on administrative tasks, including preparing and following up on meetings
- Depending on your strengths and interests, independently taking over project tasks, e.g. designing and implementing ideas and measures
Requirements
- You are studying business administration, media and communication studies, business informatics or a comparable degree program, or have already successfully completed your studies.
- You are interested in project management, change management and communication and ideally have some first exposure (e.g. through seminars, study modules or practical experience).
- You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, reliability, motivation and a goal-oriented way of working.
- You learn quickly and enjoy learning new things.
- You have very good German and/or English skills, spoken and written.
