Production Operator for Milling and Bending Machines

Hydro Extrusions is a leading global company in aluminum extrusion. In Rackwitz, the role involves operating bending and milling machines, carrying out quality inspections, and documenting production in a three-shift system.

Actively contribute to the safety culture and comply with safety regulations; operate bending and milling machines and monitor machining processes during product changes; select and use prepared milling programs and set up roller sets on bending machines; carry out dimensional, functional, and visual inspections according to test specifications; document production orders and enter production data in the system.

Ideally, initial production experience; experience operating production, bending, or milling machines is an advantage; technical understanding and confident use of measuring equipment; quality awareness and a careful working method; independence, reliability, and ability to work in a team; willingness to work shifts in a three-shift system; knowledge of or interest in CNC programming and optimizing milling programs is desirable.
