Project Manager Customer Onboarding Automotive Aftermarket

Since 1996, we have been pioneers in digital transformation and a strategic partner to Germany’s small and medium-sized businesses. For one of Germany’s leading automotive dealership cooperations, we operate a central purchasing platform. More than 50 dealership groups are currently being brought onto the platform or already use it productively. We are looking for someone who can confidently guide dealerships through onboarding and keep track of appointments, outstanding items, and commitments.

• You are the face of our project to the participating car dealerships. You guide the businesses from kick-off to productive use, bring structure to communication, and ensure that decisions are made, documented, and followed through.
• Guide onboarding: Lead dealerships and dealership groups through onboarding in individual and group meetings, from initial configuration to the first order.
• Maintain customer relationships: Act as the first point of contact for purchasing management, parts departments, and business management, maintain active contact, and ensure that no one is lost in the process.
• Translate: Translate requirements from everyday dealership operations for our product and technology team, and technical possibilities into understandable decisions for the customer.
• Manage projects: Maintain the project plan, track open items, prepare and follow up on meetings, and provide clear, concise status reports to customers, partners, and management.
• Improve processes: Help develop onboarding processes, guides, and training materials so the rollout can scale as the number of participating businesses grows.
• Provide specialist input: Apply your experience in dealership purchasing to product range logic, supplier structures, and the resale of parts to workshops and fleets.

• It is important to us that you understand the dealership business. IT skills are not essential; we will teach you how to use our platform.
• Several years of experience in a car dealership or the automotive aftermarket, ideally in parts service, purchasing, or B2B parts sales to workshops, fleets, and resellers.
• You understand dealership processes: sourcing parts from manufacturers and the independent parts trade, terms and bonus models, inventory management, workshop supplies, resale, and the role of dealer management systems in daily operations.
• Clear, structured communication in speech and writing; you can get to the point even when things are complex.
• Experience managing projects or rollouts involving multiple stakeholders; you reliably follow up on deadlines, commitments, and open items.
• Confident, professional manner when dealing with managing directors and purchasing managers, on an equal footing rather than as a service provider.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Very good German skills; English is an advantage. An advantage: experience with purchasing or procurement platforms, retail cooperatives or purchasing groups, and occasional willingness to travel to on-site appointments.
