Internship International Online D2C Sales

Start from March 2027

• Management of online channels: You actively support the management of our marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) and our Kärcher online shops and are co-responsible for assortment expansion, pricing, deal and promotion planning, and coordination with our international sales subsidiaries.
• Reporting: You create the monthly sales and revenue reporting for the marketplaces and the online shop and further develop it.
• Process optimization: You support the continuous optimization of our e-commerce sales processes.
• Daily business: You support the creation of strategic market and sales channel analyses as well as the planning and implementation of (international) workshops and create presentation materials (e.g., trainings, decision templates).
• Insights: You experience the build-up and expansion of direct and indirect sales channels on an international level firsthand.
• Team: You are part of a digital division and work with a young, constantly growing/dynamic team using agile working methods.

• You are studying at least in the 3rd semester in the fields of business administration, international management, economics, or a comparable course of study.
• You have very good German and English skills that enable you to prepare presentations and documents understandably for our international business - an additional language is an advantage.
• You enjoy working with and analyzing data and are very proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Google Workspace and SAP is an advantage.
• You are communicative, interested in topics around e-commerce, can quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas, and like to take responsibility.
