• During the first 1.5 years, you complete a retail apprenticeship, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a certified trade specialist (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). You also gain a trainer qualification.
• You take charge of goods processes from ordering to selling, as well as our customers' shopping experience.
• Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.
• You receive at least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month during months 7 to 18, and pay above the agreed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of holiday a year.
• Three qualifications in three years. We also cover accommodation and meals during your classroom training at an external leading training centre.
• After passing your final exam, you have a very good chance of staying with us. With good performance, you can become the head of your own product department straight away. You also receive a bonus for completing your training with good results.
• Your trainer and thorough exam preparation help you build practical skills and knowledge for the future.
