About this Apprenticeship
Do you want to earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility? In the Abitur program at Kaufland, you are part of a strong team from the start. For the first 1.5 years you complete the apprenticeship as retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt. The trainer qualification comes on top.
What You'll Learn
- Be in charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and the customer shopping experience.
- Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
- Help evaluate business key figures, e.g. the store's sales.
Requirements
- You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife or are about to get it.
- You want to learn more about ordering, selling our goods and our range.
- You like approaching people and can inspire with your strong communication skills.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,350 gross per month in the first half year, at least €1,500 gross per month from month 7 to 18, and above-scale pay from month 19
- Vacation pay and Christmas bonus as well as 6 weeks of vacation per year
- 3 qualifications in 3 years, costs for accommodation and meals during school phases at an external training center are covered
- After passing the final exam, very good chances of being hired, with good performance directly as head of your own goods department
- Bonus for passing the training well
- A trainer at your side and extensive exam preparation
- Events and competitions, e.g. fitfortrade, as well as various discounts from fitness and leisure activities to the Deutschland-Ticket
