• During the first 1.5 years, you complete training as a retail sales professional, followed by 1.5 years of further training for the Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce qualification. You also gain a trainer qualification.
• You take charge of goods processes from ordering to sales, as well as our customers' shopping experience.
• Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.
• At least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month in months 7 to 18, and pay above the agreed pay scale from month 19. Holiday and Christmas bonuses, plus six weeks of holiday each year.
• Three qualifications in three years; accommodation and meals are covered during your school sessions at an external leading training centre.
• Strong chances of being kept on after passing your final exam, with the chance to lead your own product department straight away if you perform well. A bonus for completing your training with good results.
• Support from your trainer and thorough exam preparation covering practical work and theory.
• Events and competitions, such as fitfortrade, plus a range of discounts on fitness and leisure activities and the Deutschland-Ticket.
• All pay, holiday bonus and Christmas bonus information is based on the applicable agreed pay scale.
