Abitur Program in Retail Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. The first 1.5 years are the apprenticeship as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce) and the trainer qualification.

• You are in charge of goods processes from ordering to sale and the shopping experience of customers.
• You take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
• You help evaluate business figures, e.g. your store's sales.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
• You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and our product range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with your strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
